TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE PAYMENT:

Once “pay” - option is selected you will be directed for payment through net banking or debit / credit card. You can choose the desired payment option and proceed.

Once the payment is successful, you will get a payment confirmation slip and you have to keep the same for reference.

In case the payment is not successful due to any reason you will get a display on the status of failure in payment.

If you have not proceeded with payment and not given card detail particulars, you may proceed from the beginning again and start the payment process again.

In case you have given all the debit / credit card details or net baking authorization for payment, and have not got any response, please check with your bankers or credit card company and see if your account is debited. If your bank account/cc is debited, please don’t make any attempt to pay again.

However, if your account is not debited in the bank, you have to make the payment and get payment successful confirmation.

In any case, make a note of reference/transaction details in case of net banking or card payment.

Princess and Paniyaram Publications (‘Company’) and the Payment Service Provider(s) assume no liability whatsoever for any monetary or other damage suffered by the you on account of:

The delay, failure, interruption, or corruption of any data or other information transmitted in connection with use of the Payment Gateway or Services in connection thereto; and/ or
-
Any interruption or errors in the operation of the Payment Gateway.
Debit/Credit Card, Bank Account Details

You agree that the debit/credit card details provided by you for payment transaction must be correct and accurate and that you shall not use a debit/ credit card, that is not lawfully owned by you or the use of which is not authorized by the lawful owner thereof. You further agree and undertake to provide correct and valid debit/credit card details.

You warrant, agree and confirm that when you initiate a payment transaction and/or issues an online payment instruction and provides your card / bank details:

​You are fully and lawfully entitled to use such credit / debit card, bank account for such transactions;

You are responsible to ensure that the card/bank account details provided by you are accurate;

You are authorizing debit of the nominated card/bank account for the payment of fees selected by you along with the applicable Fees.

You are responsible to ensure sufficient credit is available on the nominated card/ bank account at the time of making the payment to permit the payment selected by you inclusive of the applicable Fee.​

PRIVACY POLICY

The details provided by you shall be utilized only for the purpose of receiving the payments to be made by you to the company. All data shall be kept secure, and shall not be divulged to anyone or utilized for any other purpose.

You agree, understand and confirm that your personal data including without limitation details relating to debit card/ credit card transmitted over the Internet may be susceptible to misuse, hacking, theft and/ or fraud and that the Company or the Payment Service Provider(s) have no control over such matters.

Although all reasonable care has been taken towards guarding against unauthorized use of any information transmitted by you, Company does not represent or guarantee that the use of the Services provided by/ through it will not result in theft and/or unauthorized use of data over the Internet.
CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

​ There is no cancellation option for the end users after payment is made.

Once you have made the payment through online Payment Gateway. You will not be able to cancel the transaction in any circumstances. No Payment will be refunded to you in any circumstances whatsoever.

In case of duplicate payment, kindly approach www.princessandpaniyaram@gmail.com">www.princessandpaniyaram@gmail.com for refund with proof of the transaction reference/ your bank statement.

Refund will be processed within 30-45 working days, respective payment gateway will send back to the issuing bank [user’s card banker] in batches for processing, which should approximately take 8-15 working days, depending on issuing banks policies.
IMPORTANT: By submitting a payment through the online-payments site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions including any updated changes in terms and conditions from time to time through our website.
